Legal notice
Unless specified otherwise, access to the services offered by Jeevan Ayurveda S.L. is free, although prior registration may be necessary for security reasons or data protection or simply due to the characteristics of the service. For services requiring registration, users are provided access via a password, the user shall have the sole responsibility for keeping it private.
By using the services offered by Jeevan Ayurveda S.L., the user tacitly agrees to accept without any reservations whatsoever, the current general conditions and likewise accepts the possible restrictions on the use of the service that may be imposed at any given time.
The user undertakes not to use the services for any activity against the law, against public order, and in general, to make proper use of them in accordance with the current general conditions. Likewise, the user undertakes not to use these services for commercial or advertising purposes, except by explicit agreement or consent, and not to use false identities nor use the identities of other persons.
Gratuitous insult, incitation to violence or hate, any action that goes against the rights of minors and children, copying and distribution of material protected by author copyright, sending of unsolicited e-mails (known as SPAM messages) or any similar type of communication, data mining of personal data or other type of information or software from our computer systems and in general, any activity that is against the law, considering that Jeevan Ayurveda S.L. is governed by Spanish law, are strictly forbidden. In the event that a user is detected to be carrying out such prohibited activities, Jeevan Ayurveda S.L. is free to take measures such as restrict access by the infractor and cancel his/her user accounts (including pending payments, if any), and even, according to the severity of the infraction, notify the competent authorities or take legal action for compensation of damages caused.
Jeevan Ayurveda S.L. shall not be liable for any failure in communications, including deletion, incomplete transmission or delayed delivery, and shall not, in addition, undertake to ensure that the transmission network shall always be operational. Furthermore, Jeevan Ayurveda S.L. shall not be held liable in the event that any third party violating the security measures set in place by Jeevan Ayurveda S.L., accesses messages, transmits computer viruses or produces any other type of damage in the computer system that may affect its users.
Jeevan Ayurveda S.L. has adopted a Personal Data Protection Policy, including registration with the Data Protection Agency; however, it cannot guarantee the absolute invulnerability of its security systems nor can it guarantee the security or inviolability of such data during transmission through the network.
Despite its best efforts, Jeevan Ayurveda S.L. cannot guarantee the lawfulness, reliability and usefulness of the content and services, and neither their veracity nor accuracy.
Jeevan Ayurveda S.L. does not control nor guarantee the absence of computer viruses from services provided by third parties that may produce alterations in its computer system (software and hardware) or in the documents or electronic files stored in its computer system.
Jeevan Ayurveda S.L. reserves the right to discontinue any of its services, so long as such a circumstance is communicated by this means with prior notice of fifteen days. Likewise, Jeevan Ayurveda S.L. reserves the right to unilaterally modify, at any time and without prior notice, the presentation and terms of service, as well as the services and terms required for its use.
Jeevan Ayurveda S.L. may, at any time, modify the current general conditions or introduce new terms of use, including payment for use, with no retroactive effect.
The user accepts that the personal data provided by him/her to Jeevan Ayurveda S.L. either now or in the future may be subject to personal data file processing, in accordance with its Personal Data Protection Policy.
The user, hereby expressly waiving the jurisdiction to which he/she may be entitled, accepts that the current terms are governed by Spanish law and submits himself/herself to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of Barcelona to settle of any proceedings that may arise.
