Duration of effect of Rudraksha:
The initial effect of carrying Rudraksha seeds is to lose negative energies, which can create a certain uneasiness. If we are conscious, and replace the negativity with positive thoughts, the effect will be accelerated.
When we carry Rudraksha seeds, our body needs to make some adjustments. We may not be aware of these adjustments and may not notice them until they become obvious.
Rudraksha needs some time to integrate the electromagnetic fields it is working on. Rudraksha seeds begin to generate visible effects when they come into resonance with the chakras of the body. In 4-7 days the effects start to manifest. This process is faster for people who meditate.
Properties of the beads:
RUDRAKSHA, the ‘tears of Shiva’, are the dried seeds from the fruit of the Elaeocarpus ganitrus tree, an evergreen tree that grows from the plains of the Ganges to the foothills of the Himalayas.
The prefix ‘Ru’ means weeping, ‘dra’ means to liquefy and ‘aksha’ means eyes. The seeds of rudraksha liquefy unresolved emotions, and like Shiva’s tears, are transformed into compassion.
There is no tree with as many mentions in ancient Indian texts, spiritual myths and legends, as the Rudraksha. Ancient spiritual texts such as the Shiv Purana and the Devi Bhagwatam are replete with therapeutic and spiritual indications of these seeds. For thousands of years the indications and powers of Rudraksha have been documented and detailed in the sacred Puranas and Upanishads.
Wearing Rudraksha seeds induces an ‘alpha’ state of mind, i.e. brings us into the present.
It enables one to adapt to new surroundings; in ancient times it was used by sadhus and sanyasis to settle in new places. Rudraksha seed is said to help sleeping or eating in unfamiliar places, so it is useful for those who are constantly travelling.
It absorbs free radicals that cause cellular oxidation.
On the astral plane it reduces the negative effects of the planets.
The seeds chosen for this mat are 5-faceted (paanch mukhi rudraksha), as these are the seeds that have benefits for all, regardless of sex, age, physical or spiritual condition. The 5 mukhi seeds have an Upaguru significance, i.e. they help in the spiritual awakening of those who wear them.
5 mukhis rudraksha activating mantra: ‘AUM HREEM NAMAH’.
PRANA PRATISHTHA:
Pran Pratishta of a Rudraksha is done to make the seed ‘awaken’. In this ritual Prana Pratishtha mantras are chanted which enhance and empower the seed of the Rudraksha, raising its energy.
All the seeds we send to our clients have been purified and energised with the Pran Pratishtha ritual.
