Orders will be delivered to the address that the buyer provides.

Availability of items:
All orders are subject to the availability of the item(s). You will be notified as soon as possible if the product(s) are out of stock, at which point you will be able to either change or cancel the order.

Shipping costs:
Free shipping to mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands and Portugal for purchases over €70.

For the rest of the European Union, shipping is free for purchases over €220.

For amounts below the minimum purchases shown above, the following shipping costs will be added:
Spain and Portugal…………………….€7.50
The rest of the European Union………………€22.00

Delivery times:
If the product(s) are in stock, delivery times will vary between 24 and 72 hours for deliveries to Spain and Portugal.
We cannot guarantee these delivery times, although we will try to ensure that the transport companies meet them whenever possible.

International shipments to countries outside the European Union:
